Technician Mike was very good. Professional, efficient and thorough.
The Coversafe technician Reinaldo showed up on time, was courteous, neat and professional, and did a great job installing our new pool cover. He checked all of the existing components and replaced what was needed, including pulleys. He pointed out that the two ropes may loosen over time at different rates and what we can do about it ourselves and when we should call for service.
