Zak was prompt, friendly and explained everything about what he was doing, including walking me through the guts of our pool cover machinery so that I had a better understanding of the equipment. He also got our pool cover looking practically brand-new, while specifically pointing out the places we need to keep an eye on (wear and tear) so that we can better project when fabric replacement is going to be necessary.
