Very friendly and helpful technician came to check out my automatic pool cover. Performed maintenance and gave advice. Easy and stress free experience.
Replacing our pool cover was, overall, a good experience with CoverSafe. Because of some issues with the coping stones surrounding the pool and aged gliders, it took a couple of extra visits to get it working properly, but Jacobo and Jimmie persevered and did what it took to get it done, all while being exceedingly pleasant, respectful and communicative. Jimmie from CoverSafe did an outstanding job on my annual servicing. Jimmie was professional, skilled and very personable. He was meticulous cleaning the cover and mechanicals, and made numerous small adjustments that will keep it working well for at least the next year.
Cover Safe provided excellent service and got our pool cover working in no time! Jacob was extremely helpful and explained everything to us clearly and went above and beyond. Absolute recommend!
