Coversafe is an excellent resource for maintaining an automatic cover. Their response time can be impacted by their availability of a tech but when they get on site the guys in the field providing service are fantastic!
Purchased cover and cover installed. 1 yr later, bracket breaks and I find out "We don't service that area." Didn't find this out until I needed service. Unfortunately the company that does their services for the area is no better. Can't open the cover because of a broken bracket and I'm told "We might be able to schedule you next week." So much for emergency service and my vacation.
