Service technician, AJ was great...diagnosed the problem with our automatic pool cover needing a new clutch.The cover was stuck closed and he manually cranked it open, a forty five foot by twenty foot cover , which required a good amount of arm effort
Patrick and Mike provided excellent service. They were polite, knowledgeable and kept me informed as they diagnosed the issue. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them in the future.
Cover Safe came out today to service my pool cover. It was very helpful getting all the updates about my appointment and when they were on the way. My technician, AJ, was friendly , professional and explained everything his was doing. Highly recommend Cover Safe for yearly maintenance and for any problems you might be having with your cover.
