Just had annual maintenance done. Everyone at CoverSafe has been great to work with. Janine was always fast responding to my questions and getting me on their schedule, and Richard, who was here onsite to service the cover, did a fantastic job and was very helpful answering my questions.

I used CoverSafe for the first time today instead of the previous servicer. Scheduling was easy and the work was more than satisfactory. I’m very pleased with the service.
Efficient service. Tom arrived on time, diagnosed the issue & I received a report as to couple of days later. It’s not a cheap service but I did receive an answer to fix the issue.
Cover safe installed a new cover and motor for my pool and when it went a little out of alignment, they came out the very next day and fixed it. No charge great customer service and the installersare the best.
