Ordered a boat cover for my Jackson kayak. First, the cover was expensive. I ordered my cover 4 months ago, and have not heard anything or got any emails informing me what happened to my purchase. They stole my money and place is a scam!! Never use them! Go to Walmart they sell the same cover.
Ship time keeps getting pushed back and now at 50 plus "WORKING" days and still waiting for my bimini top and accessories. Now being told maybe it will ship within two more week. Ordered on July the 18th 2021 and now September 28th 2021. I will update this post once received and add pictures of quality and any other issues found. Not getting a good feeling about this. Like others, starting to wish I used someone local. Moral of the story, COVID is the answer for eveyones issues now days.
You get what you pay for. I have found out why a "custom" cover is only $450.00. There is no extra padding for strength in any area. There is only an elastic band around the cover. This boat cover in my opinion isn't going too last. I wish I would of just spent the extra $400.00 and went with a local company that literally makes real custom covers. I would not buy. I purchased a boat cover and put it on my boat and left town for a couple of weeks. I come back to find that all of my wood is warped in the bottom of my boat and needs replacing. These covers DO NOT REPEL WATER. To my surprise when I poured water on the cover it just leaks straight through the material. I asked for a refund and someone said they would contact me and never did. So I followed up a month later and apparently my refund is in process. The website is very misleading in the fact that when you go to choose your cover it states “ships within 7 business days”. Then you have the option of paying more for 2nd day air which I did. 9 days later still no cover. I call customer support (which was very helpful) but she thought the website said manufactures in 7 days then another 7 days shipping. Just be advised you’re looking at 2 to 3 weeks even with rush shipping before your cover is delivered. The website needs a good work over to be updated and more accurate.
