I do want to warn anyone that applies for a job here. I do believe the people that work here are generally good people, but in all of my work experience I have never witness such poor and innefective management before. There is essentially no training which basically sets you up for failure, also the plant manager doesn’t even talk to the employees so I’m not sure how he really manages anything.
