My husband’s insurance never lapsed and Covered CA immediately and automatically signed him up for a plan. We called them to tell them to cancel it and an agent answered the phone and was about to ask the first verification question but decided to hang up on us. This is the first impression of these people. Great.
I haven't had health insurance for over 2 months. They just keep telling me every few weeks my application is pending. The guy on the phone kept trying to get me to call the police for "help" yeah dude great idea. The Police don't help they just "evaluate you" (do whatever they feel like depending on their mood) Totally haven't had the cops take me to a mental hospital against my will before when that's not where I needed to be.
This is horrible insurance the worse ever
I literally hate this agency they make you wait hours on the phone to get a person to talk to than they never can help you because every time you call you get a different person with a different response. I wish they would just make Affordable Healthcare for Seniors and stop giving us the run around about income guidelines the whole program is outrageous and it's hard for anyone to afford healthcare much less Seniors.
