I was watching a First Amendment Audit from 10 months ago on YouTube by Bay Area Transperancy. He was approached by a Security Guard Inc from American Guard Security,by the name of Z. This company is the worst, they don’t help you when needed. They waste your time having you calling back and forth with representatives who don’t assist you. This is a joke!
The system is set up for failure and staffing is 100% behind turning the blind eye. Blue Cross Blue Shield is just as complicit to the point where they will simply hang to end the call once a mention is made about inconsistencies about their abilities to assist or simply do their job. Easy for anyone to give up!
