I was so disappointed with our stay at the Covered Bridge Resort in Sevierville, TN. We arrived at the cabin around 5:00 pm. No one had cleaned the cabin from the last guests. The beds were unmade, dirty sheets and towels in the tubs, trash in the kitchen and rooms, temperature was hot inside, and there was food on the carpets. Also, one of the TVs in the bedroom downstairs did not work. The parking was terrible!
This has been an excellent time. Beautiful cabins. Located near various types of entertainment. Dollywood, many downtown rides, Ripley's Aquarium, and so much more. I highly recommend this resort.
