I moved to Covered Bridge in 2017, relocating from Brooklyn. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful, it's safe and has wonderful areas to walk. Coming from Brooklyn where my maintenance was $750 a month, it's not even that per quarter so I'm quite happy there. I think the office is good, I called about my outside light being out last week, they were here within an hour. I highly recommend this place, you get a decent bang for your buck and it's safe. I Live in covered Bridge two Not allowed to barbecue and no grounds no sprinkler system They don’t take care of the grounds grass is turning brown the president refuses to put the sprinkler on Bruce
I moved here recently after my wife passed away and I find it a great place to live. The grounds are well kept, the association manager Jill is always a great help and the location is excellent whether you are traveling north or south.
