I find them to be slow and rarely on time. My wife likes the care they provide but they need to be more efficient.
I am giving this place a 3 because the staff is really nice other than that, Their knowledge of veterinary medicine I'm not quite sure it's very good. I had my one dog in there and asked about his anal glands. They said they were fine, and I ended up in the emergency. Because he was bleeding from the Rectum and his anal glands were impacted. I also am used to using advantage multi for my dogs. For flea care and worms, I asked them to order it. And I believe I was punished with a price because they don't use it anymore of $28... read more
Overcharged for services, coerced me into buying a medicine for my dog that wasn't crucial. Do not recommend.
The staff here are amazing and so caring. I showed up without calling or booking an appointment due to an emergency and the staff took me right in. They were so kind and compassionate. Very thorough as well. I cant say how much I appreciate them.
