Absolutely terrible. I bought two Groupons for myself and my significant other two months ago. I've tried to schedule our massages three times and each time she has a family event to be at. Each time she laughs and says "family comes first" and does not try to work anything out. Obviously family comes first; we all have family that comes first and that is not a problem but she is running a business and advertising services during business hours that she specifies on Google, Facebook and Yelp but does not adhere to. I had my first massage today with Colleen and it was great. I feel so much better now. I am going to continue to go to her. Her price is very reasonable for all that she does.
