Mike was incredible from start to finish. He was respectful, paid great attention to detail and made sure that everything was done to the highest standard. Our old home had some oddities and he made sure that the floors were installed well and nothing was too much work. I very much enjoyed watching Mike with the other installers, and how he was able to create mentorship moments during the work day. Excellent installation, the installers were very cautious and thoughtful. Last year they installed carpet, this year vinyl flooring with the same expertise. We couldn't ask for anything better. The staff at both the Arthur and Fergus locations are very helpful and supportive. Regards Marion and Dean
Caroline was very helpful in choosing our flooring. She presented samples that were exactly what I had envisioned. The installers were efficient and knowledgable.
