Scam! Do not use them! They take your payment upfront, give you no appointment. They told me either Monday of Tuesday of the following week. Never heard from them and no one showed up.Then when you call back they won’t answer. My wife had to submit an estimate form to get a call. I had to block my number to get them to answer the phone. The first two times I called the phone rang and rang. Then when I block my number they answer immediately. They ofcourse didn’t have the manager available when I requested to speak to them. Window well was installed a year ago and soon after mold started appearing. They did not install the window well correctly to allow air flow and the result is molding all around. We have called every two weeks for a year with a promise of someone coming out to look at it, but no one ever shows up. When on the phone they will never give an actual date someone will come by even though a neighbor had their window well installed they still didn’t come to our house to look at it.
