Cover pool’s automatic safety pool cover is poorly engineered. Out of 45 cycles (open and close) the open gear has stuck, forcing us to call a pool repair guy to fix it. I see this as completely unexceptionable. If my garage door failed to open every 22 cycles I’d demand a replacement. With coverpools.com you’re out of luck. I would not recommend this product.
Inexperienced crews. Poor quality of work. No follow through. Cover Pools was a subcontractor that was used on our remodel project with Dolphin Pool. Cover Pools was the absolute worst of these subs and was horrendous to work with. See Dolphin Pool on Yelp for the overall review of the project including more details on Cover Pools.
