This has to be one of the most poorly managed storage facilities ever. Family boat was stored there for a couple years, then we go to get it to have maintenance done, only to find that it’s gone. After struggling to get in contact with anybody, they informed us that because we “hadn’t paid” they decided to move it somewhere else. Very disappointed in Cover it storage. The spots are very tight and did not work for our 5th wheel. We signed a contract and tried to communicate w them. They ignored all our emails and phone calls. They seem happy to collect our money but ghost our communication efforts. Renters beware!!!!!

They were very friendly and kind. Their service was great and fair. I will definitely be using them again
