It's so unfortunate. The products are great. I've been using them for 20 years, but in the last year, their customer service has been absolute garbage! Everything from being sent the wrong orders, to my money being taken but the order not being processed, to having to contact a representative 4 times for one order. This was never a problem up until a year ago, I'm guessing they have new ownership, but the operations side of things seem like a total mess.
I tried their product previously and liked it HOWEVER, they are a Canadian company that now ONLY ships from the US, using DHL - a company that gouges on handling fees. Really disappointing that Canadians are being cut out of their market this way. Google says their products are sold at WalMart but the CoverFX rep told me they only sell online now.
I love Cover FX products. I am a long time customer who loves my vegan, cruelty free products!
I will never order from Cover Fx if you use Tforce as shipping Carrier in Canada, Beware All people!! Spend money for frustration!!
