Marc was excellent while helping handle my dad's cremation. He was always prompt in getting back to my questions, professional, and he just simply made me feel like he cared about me when he had just met me. I highly recommend Merkle Funeral home and Marc. A few weeks after my dad passed Quinn reached out asking how I was doing. I let her know I was struggling. She showed up at my door that day with literature on grief and a laminated bookmark of my dad's obituary. They truly care about their customers.
Couldn't be more satisfied with Merkle Funeral Service in Dundee, MI. They were very helpful and easy to communicate with, helping us compose and post a lovely obituary, helping us obtain death certificates (they were willing to arrange for me to come pick them up, saving several days in transit), and allowing a musical tribute for Alicia's service to rehearse in the space the day before the service.
