Very unprofessional. No attention to detail, Large gaps present on install, snap straps not lined up correctly, snaps not installed uniformly, disappointing that Scott refused to own up to any mistakes and was quick to push blame elsewhere. His only concern was getting paid. I made the mistake of trusting a referral from a well established marina I had stored my boat with for years. Lesson learned.
