Tom is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive as is his team of professionals. I have been using them for many years and the service is outstanding. Today, in particular, I had an issue with my cover and the technicians were there within a few hours. Awesome service!
Cover died in middle of a rental, luckily they had worked with us to order a replacement we had intended to install after the season, they worked through some scheduling issues and got it installed so we have it for the rest of the summer! Thanks Gina and Rob!

A sudden rain storm flooded our pool cover and it came dislodged from it’s tracks. Help, it’s right before the Fourth of July! My wife was recommended to the folks at Cover Care and they came immediately out and repaired it, saving our holiday weekend! …and we’re on the North Fork. They also educated us about the cover and we’re arranging to our pool cover serviced yearly. The prices are very reasonable. I can highly recommend these folks!
