Our pool cover broke and was inoperable during the prime summer period. Gina and the team at CoverCare came to the rescue and had it repaired within 24 hours. Thank you for the great service!
A sudden rain storm flooded our pool cover and it came dislodged from it’s tracks. Help, it’s right before the Fourth of July! My wife was recommended to the folks at Cover Care and they came immediately out and repaired it, saving our holiday weekend! …and we’re on the North Fork. They also educated us about the cover and we’re arranging to our pool cover serviced yearly. The prices are very reasonable. I can highly recommend these folks!
We had a mechanical problem with our cover motor and they sent Mario and Ed, who diagnosed the problem perfectly. They were very clear in their explanation of the issue and took all the time necessary to fix it properly. We highly recommend them
