Had a problem with the pool cover not opening, stuck in closed position and had a big event planned in the upcoming days. Gina Kietsock worked very hard on scheduling as early Spring they are booked solid. She was able to squeeze us in at the last minute with their technicians to get pool open. We were able to have the event only due to her hard work and determination! Thanks so so much

Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very courteous, however the communication and follow up has been horrendous. My original service appointment was rescheduled for a week after the original date, which is fine, however nobody showed up on the newly scheduled day. I called and was told they were still on the schedule to arrive that day, but nobody showed up until over a week after that, two weeks after the original appointment. I was then told I would have a quote that day, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t received anything.
