Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very courteous, however the communication and follow up has been horrendous. My original service appointment was rescheduled for a week after the original date, which is fine, however nobody showed up on the newly scheduled day. I called and was told they were still on the schedule to arrive that day, but nobody showed up until over a week after that, two weeks after the original appointment. I was then told I would have a quote that day, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t received anything.

I had 3 appointments scheduled to repair our electric pool cover. I had to wait almost a month to schedule the 1st time. No one ever showed and no one ever called. I had to call them to reschedule. I then had to wait 2 weeks for the 2nd time. No one ever showed again and no one ever called. I was rescheduled without anyone ever calling me to 5 days later and guess what?
