Horrible customer service Don’t walk, run from this company. They bought out Southwest Pool Covers two months ago. When we bought our cover it came with a 7 year vinyl fabric warranty. We contacted them because our cover was showing extensive solar deterioration after four years. They sent out a tech who agreed the material was prematurely degraded and should be covered. Cover Care’s customer service rep instead stated they WERE NOT HONORING WARRANTIES! If we wanted coverage we would have to deal with the factory directly. A... read more
This review is a Warning to anyone wanting to get a new pool cover for your in ground swimming pool. We just bought a new Cover for our Pool in July of 2017 and We were told that the pool cover would be Warranted 7 years from purchase date & that they would do free Adjustments to our cover whenever we needed it. I will say that when we purchased our cover it was Mosman Pool Cover when we had it installed last year, But now they say that they bought Mosman Pool Covers and they CANT honor what we originally was promised.
