The company came out to replace pool cover. Never had issues with the the anchor screws that hold the track, now 1/3 of the screws are stripped out of the concrete. I call to have them come take a look and just the show up service charge is 375.00. The new pool cover is 4 months old. This was caused after the company's work, therefore they should be held responsible for the repairs.
I'm not sure what just happened at my house with my pool cover but I'm feeling a little like I just got bamboozled. I had CC replace my cover last year. It's the second one they have done for me in 17 years pool ownership. They came out today to do the free alignment that they provide with a new install. I have been opening and closing my pool at least 2 times a day for the past week as I am going through the process of opening for the summer.
