Made one phone 10 day later a new pool cover installed
I would like to start by saying that I RARELY take the time to write reviews. However, because Cover Care provided such extraordinary service, I would like to share my experience. Our automatic pool cover broke on Sunday while we were trying to close it after winterizing it. I called a local company who came to look at it and immediately said that the cable had snapped, and that the cover was well beyond repair, was unsalvageable, and would need to be replaced. The company came out to replace pool cover. Never had issues with the the anchor screws that hold the track, now 1/3 of the screws are stripped out of the concrete. I call to have them come take a look and just the show up service charge is 375.00. The new pool cover is 4 months old. This was caused after the company's work, therefore they should be held responsible for the repairs.
