Absolute joke of a company. We have a 2 year old pool cover from this company. We had an emergency where our cover would not close, they said an “emergency” would be 4-5 days, 250.00 per hour plus parts to fix it. We inquired about warranty as it is only 2 years old, they said NO! No warranty and we could talk to a manager in 2-3 business days if we wanted. There guys are very good at what they do and I highly recommend them. But I was disappointed in having to pay them again to come out after I paid them to service the cover early this year, and the issue was not a broken part but a lubrication issue that should of been address in the service they performed earlier.
Cover care did a great job with spa cover.
Great service, highly recommend. Prompt, friendly, efficient. They're saved in my phone now :)
