Dropped off a duvet to get cleaned, they told me very it's busy it won't be ready for a week. Come back a week later for pickup and they forgot to clean it. Told me they could have it ready in another 4 days, I told them nevermind. I'll never go back there, so unorganized. Took her 5 minutes to find my duvet and gave it back to me with no bag when I dropped it off in a garbage bag. If I could give zero stars I would...

BEWARE!!!!! Apparently they rip off people's new items and give them items that aren't theirs. Do not go here for dry cleaning. . that's exactly what happened to me recently , my almost new first wash winter coat get changed to an old and smaller size .
Their debit machine wouldn't accept my BMO debit card and they wouldn't accept cash. She didn't seem to care when I told her that she should address it with the bank. Poor service to say the least.
