receptionists were awful. what has happened to community, compassion or even just standard human decency. i had entered to take my 9 year old sister to the toilet as she was bursting and couldn’t hold it in and was met with two rude receptionists who spoke down on us with condescending tones. we were told to use the libraey (which was closed) and after explaining this the receptionists seemed to become angry. how can it be a health centre when the first interaction someone will have is one lacking any empathy.
I was really looked after following a recent couple of health issues.
I have just an appointment with Dr Sandra and I must say it has been truly one of my best experiences so far. Her attentiveness, her empathy, her kindness and friendliness made me feel so at ease to open up and discuss all my concerns. It felt so nice to be listened to and understood. She answered all my questions with grace and went above and beyound to make sure I was treated rightly. I truly felt supported by Dr Sandra and I’m grateful we have her at this GP practice.
This surgery is always busy, but the reception staff are always welcoming and professional. I sometimes wonder how they cope. People should be respectful and polite. Just had an appointment with Dr. Sandra who was extremely helpful and professional. Am so pleased. Definitely 5 stars.
