Too many cars park in the road blocking a two way driving lane is not fair to other tenants or home owners to deal with this nonsense theirs a guy that owns a landscaping company and he have literally over 8 vehicles parked in the same area in which it inconvenience the other homer owners or tenants also he makes sure he puts cones on the parking space so nobody can used it what rights does he have to do such of thing.
