Pretty good maintenance service; they respond very fast and are quite thorough!
Scary walking my baby around this neighborhood and going across the street because I’m scared we may be hit by a car. This neighborhood has no speed bumps or posted speed limits . Also wouldn’t recommend living on bottom floor you will have frogs and lizards getting into your apartment if you use the screen door often . Appliance are basic you don’t have a full sink in the kitchen definitely not LUXURY OR worth the price that you pay every month
We’ve lived here since October of last year(2024), the space is okay, it’s nicer than most I’d say in the area. But you’re paying premium prices for thin walls, cheap appliances(not even full size fridges in 3bdr apartments). As well as this “luxurious pool” being a capped 3 FEET, a god damn luxurious kiddie pool that the bill payer can’t even enjoy. First of all I have to recognize how amazing the maintenance crew is at Coventry!! 10/10 we never had to follow up and maintenance requests were usually responded to the same day which is almost unheard of we cant give the crew enough kudos on how awesome they are!! The office staff is also 10/10!! Super friendly, always available and super transparent anytime I needed them they were always quick to respond. We’ve lived here for a year now and it’s been great! If any issues arise matinence is on it. Office staff have been wonderful. Only issue I have is we need speed bumps. I’ve walked my dogs numerous times and cars come flying thru the parking lot when crossing the street. I know that’s something they are working on. Just hate to hear of anyone getting hit again. My pups love the dog park, pool and the gym is nice. Parking is an issue when you come home from work late at night. I have to park far away. But overall it’s a nice ... read more
