I have lived at Coventry square apartments for the last 6 years and I have enjoyed it very much. The apartments are great, mine had a huge walk in closet with an island kitchen, plenty of space for storage and was the perfect size for my 3 person family to live in. It has a dog park for your pup to run around in and ample dog stations with bags which was very useful. Not safe for family’s with children the cars go speeding really quick there’s gangs of teens who will bully your kids the playground is pretty mediocre also you can hear your neighbors because the wall insulation sucks so my children can’t go to sleep also the price of rent is outrageous plus it’s very dirty like dog poop on sidewalks dead animals sitting for days on the road and you can also smell your neighbors smokeing weed even if your inside your house so many other terrible things I would not recommend moveing here at ... read more
Terrible place
Far from luxury living. There's no cameras at the dumpsters so people throw trash everywhere. Also so many people steal your packages. there rude teens who ding dong ditch and bugs get in your house very easily especially if you live on first floor also there's dog poop everywhere in the back area stuff also gets stolen very easily they really need security cameras all I can say is don't move here.
Me and my husband do not like this place at all it is nasty luckily we moved out I would not recommend living here
