Very disappointed with my experience with Coventry Homes after the pruchase. On possession day the house was dirty, dusty, and not ready. Some of my concerns, like carpet issues, were ignored and are still not fixed. After trades came in, the house was left messy again with dust and garbage. No cleaning was done by Coventry — I hired a cleaning copmany and sent them the bill they denied it. It was a wonderful experience working with Peter Battochio, he made the process quite smooth and stress free! Communication was always clear and timely—whether it was a quick update, answering questions, or walking us through the next steps. He was very helpful, friendly and always provided great insights on any concern. The team with Brendon, Kajal and Anjala were highly supportive and delivered top notch customer service, i highly recommend them!
