My daughter had her first session with one of the psychologists. We were told the psychologist specialised in CBT and adolescents which would be a good choice for her. Unfortunately the session was anything but CBT. I’m now 19 years old and saw Dr Traci when I was 12/13 years old and saw her for 5 years, it was the best five years of my life. She helped me regulate my emotions by being around the horses to do breathing and grounding techniques! I’m now working there as an assistant for the Monday group and I love it soo much! The children are adorable and little sweeties, reminds me of my young self. You will love and appreciate all the love and hardworking team that works at the farm. ❤️❤️❤️❤️😁😁😁😁
