Work was done promptly and efficiently, however the charges per hour incurred seemed to be excessive when compared to other companies. The rate we were charged was double what another plumber quoted us after Coventry completed the job and billed us. He also charged $5,00 per mile one way for a ten mile trip. The other local plumber would not have charged any mileage due to the short distance. I would have saved $250.00 on a normal and simple repair.
