Terrible place to live, fines for nothing. Building presidents spend the building funds on unnecessary "upgrades" and paying their own people to do shoddy work.
its the worst condominium i been living here foe the last 12 years the office and the board they thing that they are the only people i dont recommend no one to buy spot here
Not exactly a family friendly community of buildings as these units are probably better suited for single residents or people without children. No pool or workout rooms offered from the association. Fines a plenty doled out by the board when prior management roosted here. The location is pretty nice. Nothing special about these condos though.
