Jess the leasing agent is very personable . She knows her stuff and is a joy to work with. I have never been able to reach a person whenever I call. The AI says it's transferring the call and you hear noise that sounds like the went through then it is dead air. I have 6 numbers for them and it's all the same. I sent emails through their website and I've never got a reply.
Leasing Agent was dry. They charge for sewer, water, trash pick up and something else. I was reminded of an appointment to tour, I saw nothing. I'm good no thanks.
Worst management team you'll ever want to meet. They have a note on their door as to why they are not in the office every single day of the week. I had an emergency situation where I was locked out of my apartment my phone was locked inside and I could not get a hold of anyone in the management team not even through their emergency lines. They do not answer phone calls – – in fact, if you call you get hung up on by the automated system and can't even leave a detailed message. They are horrific on many levels
Denise in the office is caring and maintenance guys are kind, but this place is a bust. Sap constantly all over your car eating your paint. I was left with no hot water for a week, and I mean none with no contact, updates, or reimbursement at all. You cannot make any contact with the people unless you show your face. I haven’t dealt with any pests or anything but I wouldn’t really recommend this place to anyone.
If you like getting tree sap all over your car in the limited space parking lot this is the place for you. (Tree sap destroys the clear coat on vehicles)
