Excellent staff and treatment. I had a shoulder injury for about a year, nothing too painfull, just an annoying ache, they cured it in 3 visits.

I highly recommend lizzy and the team at physiofirst. I suffered from a slipped disc and sciatica. After four months of being out of work, a lot of pain, strong medication and slow referrals from the hospital I started sessions with lizzy.
