Booked to view a car, drove 40 Minutes and as we got there we were told that the car was sold to someone else.

Turned up to view a car advertised as open from 10.00am didn't even open until 11.30am when viewing the car it had a dead battery which had to be jump started took out for a test drive which we was happy with told them we had a couple more to view and may be back. upon returning we confirmed to them we wanted to buy the car we viewed at which we was told to wait 5 minutes while they eat their lunch which I found rude.then before buying was told radio does not work and a new one had been ordered and would get sent out to me w... read more

Worst experience . Bought a car went on limp mode the third day of purchase. They said that contact RAC nothing to do with us and DPF issuses are very common. Be very careful while buying from here.

Overall good, smooth car buying experience. Pros: Competitive priced used cars. No pressure tactics used to sell the car. Take as much time as you like checking the car and paperwork, ask questions. 6 month warranty and 12 months breakdown cover included. Cons: Don't do any minor repair or maintenance needed on the car when highlighted to them (like a worn tyre that needs changing). Don't offer to renew MOT or engine service, even if less than 6 months left.

I do not recommend anyone to buy cars from this company. The cars had an accident and they don't say anything about it.
