**Rating:** ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with both the quality of workmanship and the standard of customer service provided by this workshop. Four years ago, I paid $5,000 to have a top-mount intercooler kit installed on my vehicle at this establishment. Unfortunately, the standard of the installation was highly unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly kind, accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, my experience with the actual repair work was very disappointing. I took my vehicle in because it was losing coolant from the LPG vaporiser. After the repair, I was told that the car was "better", but at the same time I was advised not to use the LPG system. This is was very bad experience for me at this work shop !!! I Brought my car to have a gas cylinder inspected And this guy has Emptied the cylinder that was nearly full and he refused to fill it up again after getting paid of over $2200 he couldn’t refill it again ?What kind of service is that? He has emptied it and he has to refill it’s simple as that.!!! Unfortunately, I had to put one star to be able to leave this feedback but he does not deserve even one star !!!!
I walked into Coventry Mechanical Services on 5-12-25 hoping for something simple—just to ask about tyres. Instead, I walked out feeling hurt, embarrassed, and completely shocked. When the lady receptionist spoke to me, I felt instantly judged😢.
