This is was very bad experience for me at this work shop !!! I Brought my car to have a gas cylinder inspected And this guy has Emptied the cylinder that was nearly full and he refused to fill it up again after getting paid of over $2200 he couldn’t refill it again ?What kind of service is that? He has emptied it and he has to refill it’s simple as that.!!! Unfortunately, I had to put one star to be able to leave this feedback but he does not deserve even one star !!!!
I walked into Coventry Mechanical Services on 5-12-25 hoping for something simple—just to ask about tyres. Instead, I walked out feeling hurt, embarrassed, and completely shocked. When the lady receptionist spoke to me, I felt instantly judged😢. When she questioned whether I was “wasting her time,” and when I asked why, it genuinely felt like her answer was based on how I look. In that moment, my heart dropped.
