Just purchased a home last month from Coventry in the Trails! Great experience so far. Highly recommend Salvador as he was phenomenal to work with. Made the whole purchase a breeze! As far as the neighborhood itself, it’s in a great location with close proximity to 99. You can get to Kingwood, The Woodlands, and Houston fairly quickly. I work in The Woodlands and my commute time is usually less than 30 minutes.
