I regret to share my extremely negative experience with Coventry Homes. Based on my experience, I would never consider doing business with this company again. The quality of the products and work provided has been subpar. The company appears to hire low-quality contractors who deliver less than acceptable results. For example, we’ve had ongoing issues with the carpet, including defects that should have been addressed during the installation process. We have been in our Coventry Home in the Arbors for a year now. I’ve been shocked by the lack of things Coventry is willing to fix on our home as well as the lack of response from anyone in leadership: We have had multiple issues that have been “non-warrantable” according to Albert, despite the warranty guidelines we were given stating they are covered.
