I regret to share my extremely negative experience with Coventry Homes. Based on my experience, I would never consider doing business with this company again. The quality of the products and work provided has been subpar. The company appears to hire low-quality contractors who deliver less than acceptable results. We have been in our Coventry Home in the Arbors for a year now. I’ve been shocked by the lack of things Coventry is willing to fix on our home as well as the lack of response from anyone in leadership: We have had multiple issues that have been “non-warrantable” according to Albert, despite the warranty guidelines we were given stating they are covered.
