Simona was so knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions no matter how trivial it seemed. She went above and beyond to help me when I presented her with my confusion. She explained that different communities could have different offerings and walked me through her community and model home offerings. When I asked about the smallest detail, she would happily give me an answer. When she wasn't sure, she would take the time to research and find me an answer. I loved working with Simona and highly recommend her.
Soooo many issues. From drainage. Insufficent insulation, dish washer fell forward, incorrect padding under floors, 2 inch gaps left behind stove to the outside. Just a bunch of mess. Dont buy with them.

Nice masterplan community. There's everything at your door step. They even have a cafe with food and coffee.
