Coventry Homes have the refer new buyer program. I referred someone and they closed back in March,2024. Until now, I still have not receive the money. I filled out the referal form in the office with Nakoa. Talked to over the couple of time, but he keeps come up all kinds of excuses. Sometimes he told me that I have go go pick it up at the corporate office. Another time, he said he will pick it the refer check for me. Lied....lied...and lied .
Nakoa, Sharon and Taylor have been awesome! I put a TON of unique upgrades into our home and they have been PHENOMENAL with making it happen! Truly impressed with the quick correspondence, progress and weekly updates. This is my 3rd home to build and get more particular each time...this team raises the bar on how a sales team should be!
We had a great experience with Coventry Homes sales rep Ms Leona. She was very welcoming, she walked us through their offerings in great detail and patiently toured us around even with the scorching heat about 2 months ago. Beautiful homes too
