Purchased house with them. Very Rude and no one cares after closing home. Unable to get issues fixed even after 5 months of closing. Please avoid. Update after 1 year inspection: Nothing from our 1 year Inspection is being taken care of. Everything will not be covered under Warranty even if they are hazardous. They installed broken ladder to access attic even before closing the house and they don’t seem to replace that as well. Wonder how they are in business

Good house. Model home nicely designed. There are staff inside the model home. They can help you explain and show the house. Also they will explain the prices and everything. Then can provide you the lender details for loan approvals. Also there are relators inside the model house. By now the houses might have been closed. Ask them for any other new constructions. There are multiple projects doing by this company.
