DO NOT BUY FROM COVENTRY. We have been fighting with Coventry for over 3 years to have our foundation repaired. Our house is literally split in half! Doors won't close and cracks in most of the rooms ceilings. I also believe our plumbing is now being affected due to the foundation problems. We have had nothing but problems with this home builder from day one! And the pool is always dirty or in repair. YOU HAVE BEEN WORNED!
Highlights: Took delivery of newly build home in April 2023, home is not livable due to toxic black mold, water leaks, crooked walls, gaps in windows letting insects and mosquitos in, getting the run-around from Coventry Homes in San Antonio. Trash everywhere… Their job sites are full of trash and so are their empty for sale lots. It blows into the greenways and is all over the place. I will keep looking elsewhere.
