MHI (aka Coventry Homes, Wilshire Homes, and Plantation Homes) is the worst when it comes to keeping promises. In July, I signed a contract with Wilshire Homes with Steve Ryherd, who said that in case my lender would not approve the loan, the EMD would be refunded under any circumstances. The drainage problem was suppose to be corrected prior to Closing. Soil was thrown on top of the sod which looked ugly. We were reassured the grass would grow back. More weeds than grass grew back and the drainage problem persists. Travis threw more dirt which appears to have corrected the drainage but the sod wasn't replaced. It shouldn't take four months to fix a problem that should have been easily corrected in October. We can't even open our window because we are looking at dirt. Sales Rep has promised my client to install garage opener and ice maker, we closed since November 2019, everytime I called, he won't respond. This is very bad business for your company.

I bought my buyer and she fell in love with one of their floorplans. The home was ready to move into, and the builder's lender closed the loan in less than 30 days! After-the-sale follow-up and walk-through top notch! Steve C (onsite sales rep) was great to work with. Buyer is extremely pleased
