We bought an house with plantation homes recently and found lots of issues. The sales person ditched us by not paying our realtor money back. We had no response from corporate office even after multiple follow-up. I would strongly disagree buy plantation homes. Don't loose your money values spending here!!
We recently got a home , not even 3 months, already windows started leaking when it rains. After an emergency request, no one responded even after a week of time. These house are expensive too, no value for money.
We are thinking about building the sales rep was very nice
