I requested a warranty item when a roofer hit a water line in my roof. It is out of code compliance because it is too close to the roof. Per the San Marcos compliance officer, they should've put a metal plate there. Coventry is denying my warrenty claim because I have been in my house past the 2yr warranty period & it passed inspection for them.
