Very disappointed that we bought a home from this builder. Their builders threw a piece of PVC down our drain pipe during construction that got lodged. This caused multiple back ups in our drains. We called the warranty plumber multiple times who only put a bandaid on the issue and didn’t look into resolving it. After they sold their home Please be prepared for worst part they take 3 months to get your service request and no respond to emails or phone calls They don’t have proper warranty team or sales teams to take care of customer after they sold their homes Please stay away!
First time home buyer here and have been very excited with our new house in the Sienna area. They were very accommodating on the initial and up to the final steps of purchasing our very first house. Not until we signed the contract and purchased the house we thought was perfect for our little family.
