The reviews I have read about this company are all negative and now I know why. You can't even find the option you need to even find out anything. How these people even got through to someone is a mystery to me. The phone system was awful and so were the several people that transferred me all around the world.
They are the worst Insurance Company in Louisiana. Please look elsewhere for Insurance. You pay dearly and you end up having to pay most of your medical bills
You get what you pay for. Unfortunately Coventry is all I can afford. They are barely better than being uninsured.
Coventry is horrible. They have made it so difficult to acquire needed medical equipment that patients will probably start dying due to their inefficiency and irresponsibility. I cannot tell if they are simply incompetent or if they willfully want their members to die. If you can help it, do not do business with Coventry Health Care of LA.
