I don't think I ever spoke to anyone at the office in SLC, but Coventry's customer service has been an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend them to anyone who is buying health insurance. It makes it even more confusing that they are owned by other companies, and I can't get a straight answer from anyone. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN! I wish I had bought Select Health insurance, even if it meant changing doctors in the middle of a pregnancy.
