UNBELIEVABLE INCOMPETENCE. My effective date with the healthcare marketplace is January 1, 2016. Coventry has it as February 1, 2016. I have been trying to get them to fix this since January 9th. I have paid for the month of Januarry ($83.10) and I also had to pay out of pocket for my prescriptions ($204). It is now April. My effective date is still wrong.
